3 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce
½ tsp Chicken Broth
5 red onion grains
3 garlic cloves
2 curly red chilies
5 cayenne pepper
How to make
1. Wash the squid clean. Cut into slices and add the orange juice. Set aside.
2. Saute ground spices with oil with bay leaves, orange leaves, and galangal until fragrant.
3. Sauté the squid and stir well. Add chicken stock, salt, and sweet soy sauce. Stir, taste test, and cook until the water has shrunk. Serve.
