500 g shrimp
3 leeks, cut into pieces
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
10 thinly sliced ginger
1 tablespoon of sago flour
8 tablespoons Sweet Soy
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
200 ml of oil
